I am an artist from Aotearoa/New Zealand. I live near the beach and find constant inspiration from my beautiful surroundings. I am a creative from a young age having sewed my first skirt for myself at the age of 4! I love my garden and my mostly daily walks on the beach. I live with my younger sister and my two lovely rescued dogs, and we have built a small house below ours for our elderly parents. I would say my art is mixed media abstract in the main but I am often drawn to trying other things. I use printmaking, watercolours, acrylic, pencil, ink, collage and anything else I find interesting at the time! I also paint in oils occasionally, sometimes realistic, mostly abstract with a little realism. My work is held internationally and around Aotearoa/New Zealand. I am also a Registered Nurse of many years.
